# mochi vault preset

Connect a vault to 1Password, pass, or AWS SSM

## Synopsis

Presets are ready-made vault configurations for 1Password, pass, and AWS SSM. Render one to a file, then create the vault with `mochi vault create --type external --config <file>`.

The vault links to secrets that already exist in the provider. It reads them and never writes to the provider.

## Options
