# mochi license trial

Start a free 7-day trial

## Synopsis

Starts a free 7-day trial of Mochi. No payment details are needed. AI features work during the trial with your own provider key (see `mochi ai config`). One trial per email address and per machine.

mochi license trial [flags]
```

## Options

| Flag | Type | Description |
|------|------|-------------|
| `--email` | `string` | Email address for the trial (prompted if omitted) |
| `-h, --help` |  | help for trial |
| `-o, --output` | `string` | Output format: text or json (default "text") |

## Options inherited from parent commands

| `-L, --log-level` | `string` | Log verbosity level (debug, info, fatal) (default "info") |
